Q. What are the minimum system requirements?

  • Q. Does Eohio Net charge a setup fee?
    A.
  • Yes, all users pay a one-time, non-refundable setup fee equal to the
    monthly access fee. The first month of Internet service is included with the
    setup fee.
  • The setup fee includes the cost of adding your account information to our
    billing database, e-mail server, authentication server, and initial call(s) to
    the Eohio Net Technical Support Help Desk.


  • Q. How will I be billed for Internet access?
    A.
  • Mail payments to: Eohio Net, 42111 Upper Clearfork Rd, Cadiz, OH 43907.
  • If you use a credit card to auto pay your monthly access charges, or have
    paid in advance, no e-mail invoice will be sent to your account. Otherwise,
    each month you will receive an e-mail invoice indicating any balance due.
    Eohio Net will not send invoices via USPS.
  • Eohio Net prepares invoices one month in advance for access fees. Billing
    charges begin on the day your access account is activated.


  • Q. What is my e-mail address?
    A. Your email address will always be your "username" followed by
    "@eohio.net". (Example: username@eohio.net)


    Q. Can I cancel my account at anytime?
    A.
  • Yes, you may cancel your account at anytime by: 1.) Sending an "email" to
    "billing@eohio.net". 2.) Sending a letter via USPS. 3.) Visiting
    Eohio Net, 42111 Upper Clearfork Rd, Cadiz, OH 43907
  • Users are responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.


  • Q. How do I change my username and password? Is there a processing fee?
    A.
  • USERNAME: If you want to change your username you will be required
    to pay a processing fee of $5.00. Contact the Eohio Net at
    listing on Contact page
  • PASSWORD: There is no charge to change your password. Contact the
    Technical Support Desk on Contact page


  • Q. How do I reach Eohio Net Technical Support?
    A.
  • Eohio Net Technicians are available 7 days a week:

  • Technical Support telephone is listed on Contact page
  • In addition to telephone support, you can email your questions to "help@eohio.net". Our Technicians will respond to all questions in the order received.


  • Q. Can I acquire additional email accounts?
    A.
  • Additional email accounts are available for $5.00 per account per month.
